2007

Odyssey N55-46 started its journey with a deposit in 2007. Special bill was completed and delivered to Dana Point, California in 2008. The prospective owner was unable to take delivery due to the financial conditions of the market at the time.

But the same time Randy and Rebecca had ordered a Nordhaun 68’ cancel the order and Randy had a heart attack. Nordhaun sat on the N55-46 for 18 months until the market started correcting. Randy recovered from his heart attack and reordered his N68’. Nordhaun then sold the N55-46 in 2009 for them to enjoy until the N68’ was completed. 

2009

In 2009 in  Dana point California, Randy and Rebbeca took Odyssey to Alaska, then south through the Panama canal, Jamaica, the Bahamas and north to Rhode Island. Nordhaun delivered their N68’ install odyssey to Donald Payment in 2011 at the Fort Lauderdale boat show. 

Donald had  owned in Nordhaun 50’ for 10 years and wanted the extra space the N55 offered. Being very experienced with the Nordhauns, Don kept Odyssey in top condition for traveling the world. He traveled the entire US East Coast, entire Bahamas and crossed over to Bermuda, Flores, Horta, Cork Ireland, Scotland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. 

2022

In 2022 Odyssey was then sold to Robert and Karina Elizarraz through yacht tech in south Florida. From July 2022 - March of 2023, Odyssey went through an upgrade of electronics (Rob Cote of Ocean Current Marine), Engine upgrades (Alex Graham of Marine Diesel Solutions) along with interior and exterior upgrades via Yacht Tech. On March 2nd, 2023, Odyssey left for Costa Rica…..
